User Rights
The rights of a role apply to activities in the respective team and in some cases also to the client application (marked with CLIENT APP).
User/Team Management
Manage own User Data
Allows the user to make settings for their own user account.
Team Tab
Allows the user to access the Team main menu item.
Manage all User/Team Data
The user is allowed to view and modify all user accounts and user logs (auditing) as well as team settings and licenses.
Dashboard

Allows the user to access the main menu item Dashboard.
Client Management
Monitoring Tab
Allows the user to access the Monitoring main menu item.
Full access to all client groups (Add, Read, Edit, Write, Delete)
Users with this right have access to all client groups and are allowed to share certain groups with users who do not have this right.
Show Clients
All clients within the shared client groups are displayed to the user. If this right is missing, the user can only see clients for which he is responsible or has been shared.
Add new clients
Allows the user to register new clients with the SiteKiosk Online Server.
Edit Clients
Move, delete, rename clients as well as change client data such as time zone, address or responsible user.
Client Configurations
The configuration files of SiteKiosk may be viewed, created or modified.
Client Access / Client Information
VNC, Terminal Commander
Allows the user to access client clients via VNC connection.
Software and Hardware Tabs
Allows the user to access the Software and Hardware tabs.
File system Read
Allows the user to use the file manager and synchronize folders.
File system Write
Allows the user to upload, create or modify files in the file manager.
Statistics, Reports, Protocols
Logs and Messages
Allows the user to view all log files, errors and messages.
