The media library lists all image and video files that have been unlocked for use in other projects. In addition to the unlocked files, the uploaded files from the currently open project are also displayed. The listed files can be selected and added directly to the current project.

Media file sharing

To access media files from other projects in the media library, they must be unlocked in the project settings of the respective project. The unlocked items are then displayed by project in the media library tab of the Inspector.

Importing files to the media library

To import files into the media library, press the Import button and then select the corresponding files in the File Explorer. Then press the Open button to upload the files. With the help of the Delete button you can remove uploaded files from the media library. You can use the filter function to search for files in the media library.

Adding files from the media library

To insert files from the media library into a project, select the corresponding file in the list of available files. Upon selection, the file is displayed in the preview below the file list and can be inserted into the project as a suitable element (image, video, PDF) by pressing the Add button. If no container or element was selected before, the selected file will be inserted into the page. For insertion into subordinate containers, the respective container or a contained sub-element must be selected.
