With the help of the overview tab, you can get an overview of the pages and elements contained in the present project. With the toolbars you can edit, copy and also delete page elements and standard elements.

Pages

This listing shows all pages that are managed in this project. The clients always display the page that is highest in the list and is not disabled by other settings (navigation, screen saver).

The Pages section contains the Page Toolbar, which provides the most important functions for editing the project pages:

  • The Add button, which can be used to add new page templates.
  • The Edit button, with which the properties of selected pages can be opened.
  • The Copy button, which can be used to copy selected pages.
  • The Paste button, which can be used to paste copied pages.
  • The Arrow buttons can be used to move pages one position up or down.
  • The second set of Arrow buttons can be used for moving pages to the end or to the beginning.

  • On the right margin you can see the number of pages managed in this project.

Tree view

The pages of the project are listed one below the other. The currently selected and displayed page is highlighted with a blue bar. As an additional option, a trash can icon for deleting the page is displayed on the right side.

Elements of this page

All elements that are present on the selected page are displayed here. Depending on the layout of the container, the position of the elements within the tree view has different effects on the display.

Toolbar

The element toolbar provides the most important functions for editing elements:

  • The Add button, that can be used to add new standard elements and element templates.
  • The Edit button, with which the properties of selected elements can be opened.
  • The Copy button, that allows to copy selected elements.
  • The Paste button, which can be used to paste copied elements.
  • The Delete button, which deletes selected elements.
  • The order of the elements can be changed by four buttons. The exact function, icon and label vary depending on the container in which the selected element is located. For the presentation container no change of order is possible. The buttons allow moving the element to the first (left, front, top) position, moving one position forward (top, left), one position back (right, bottom) and to the end of the container (background, right, bottom).
  • The Select next/previous element buttons can be used to select the next or previous element within a container.
  • In the Display duration input field, you can define the display duration of elements within a sequence.

Tree view

In the tree view, the current page serves as the starting point for the elements. Elements within containers are displayed below the container and indented one unit further. The gray arrow in front of a container is used to expand/contract the list of contained elements.

Symbols

In addition, various icons in the overview indicate whether display conditions, actions or animations are activated on the existing elements.
